1. Payment Policy

Tournament spots are not secured until payment is received.

Payment is due by the deadline communicated for each tournament.

All fees are non-refundable once the roster is finalized, unless otherwise stated.

If a player commits and then withdraws, fees may still be owed if costs have already been incurred.*

2. Tournament Commitment

Players are only required to commit to the tournaments they choose.

3. Playing Time

ENC Elite is a competitive tournament team.

Playing time is not

Once committed and placed on a roster, players are expected to attend all scheduled games for that tournament.

Last-minute cancellations may impact future participation opportunities.*

4. Practice Expectations

Practices will be scheduled leading up to tournaments (typically 2–3 sessions, subject to change).

Attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure team readiness and cohesion.

5. Player Conduct

Players are expected to:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents

Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times

Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Failure to meet these expectations may result in reduced playing time or removal from the team.*

6. Parent/Guardian Conduct

Parents/guardians are expected to:

Support a positive and respectful sideline environment

Refrain from coaching players from the sidelines

Respect all coaches’ decisions, referees, and opposing teams

Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the sideline area and/or future team participation.

7. Uniform & Equipment Policy

Players may be issued uniforms and/or gear.

If uniforms are designated as temporary, they must be returned at the end of the tournament.

Lost or unreturned items may result in a replacement fee.

8. Team Communication

Communication will be handled through team group messaging and/or direct contact.

Parents are responsible for staying informed on schedules, updates, and changes.

Questions or concerns should be directed to team leadership respectfully and at appropriate times*

9. Weather & Schedule Changes

Tournament schedules are subject to change due to weather or event organizers.

ENC Elite is not responsible for changes made by tournament directors.

Fees remain non-refundable in the event of schedule changes outside of team control.

10. Injury & Liability

Participation in soccer involves inherent risk.

Parents/guardians assume responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

ENC Elite, its coaches, and organizers are not liable for injuries or damages sustained.*

11. Agreement

By participating in ENC Elite, players and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies and expectations.*
